I would like to acknowledge the Dharawal people who are the traditional custodians of this land on which we stand upon today. I would also like to pay respect to the elders, past and present of the Dharawal nation and extend that respect to other Aboriginal people present. Let us all recognise the continuation of culture and connection that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have to country. As we strive to build positive relationships within our community, let us all take this journey together.
